Vinification:Light pressing of selected bunches, fermentation on the skins for 12-18 days at controlled temperature (24 - 28°C); matured first in steel tanks, then aged in oak barrels for a further 12 months

Bouquet:delicate and fragrant with hints of raspberry and blackcurrant
Flavour:appropriately tannic, fruity and full bodied, long, and velvety
Accompaniment:A wine to accompany roast or grilled meats, game and mature cheeses. A perfect accompaniment to dishes with meat sauces, hams and salamis.
